Our plum butter is made from sun-ripened plums of the heirloom variety "Moravka." The fruit comes from Southern Serbia, is hand-picked and processed on the very same day.

The fertile loess soil in the Morava Valley, careful stewardship of the land and plants, and decades of family tradition define the unique character of this heirloom plum variety.

Following traditional methods, the butter is prepared slowly over a wood-burning stove – 100% fruit and no added sugar.
