In traditional herbalism, many of the contained wild plants have been valued for centuries – particularly in connection with digestion, the gut, and the immune system.

Sour Cherry Puree – 95% fruit content

Our sour cherry trees bear small, particularly aromatic fruits with an intensely fruity, tart flavor. From these, we create our sour cherry puree with 95% fruit content, gently processed and refined exclusively with psyllium husks.

Natural ingredients

Sour cherries naturally contain anthocyanins, polyphenols, and other secondary plant compounds. Furthermore, the fruits contain, among other things, potassium, vitamin C, and various B vitamins. Sour cherries also naturally contain small amounts of melatonin.

The included psyllium husks are naturally rich in fiber and give the puree its pleasantly thick consistency – completely without classic gelling agents.

During production, the puree is heated to a maximum of 60 °C. This creates an authentic fruit product with an intense sour cherry flavor and natural texture.
