Wild apples naturally contain various organic acids and secondary plant compounds such as polyphenols. Traditional acetic fermentation turns these into an aromatic, versatile wild apple vinegar.

Our stinging nettle drink is handcrafted from carefully selected fresh stinging nettle tips and contains no added sugar or citric acid.

Stinging nettle is a traditional wild plant and naturally contains various minerals and secondary plant compounds, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, flavonoids and other polyphenols.

The drink has a distinctive, pleasantly herbal taste and is suitable for anyone who appreciates stinging nettles in their natural form.

Black walnuts in acacia honey – a specialty from Southern Serbia

It starts with young, still green walnuts. They are fermented and develop their characteristic dark to black color within about six weeks. The whole fermented walnuts are then combined with acacia honey from Southern Serbia.

This creates an unusual interplay between the strong, tart walnut flavor and the sweetness of the honey. The walnuts remain as whole pieces in the jar.

Serving suggestion: Slice the walnuts thinly and serve with cheese, yogurt, or desserts. The liquid is suitable for refining dishes sparingly.

It is produced with special care. The selected wild fruits and wild plants are combined into a unique recipe and refined through fermentation.
The result is a fermented wild fruit drink with a special character.
