Nettle Seeds – Small Seeds, Great Tradition
Hand-Harvested · Sun-Dried · Natural
An almost forgotten wild plant specialty – original and full of natural diversity.
The common nettle (Urtica dioica) has been one of the best-known native wild plants for centuries. Even our ancestors valued its leaves and seeds as part of traditional herbalism and nutrition.
Today, more and more people are discovering this original plant as a special ingredient for a varied and mindful diet.
Our nettle seeds are carefully harvested by hand and gently sun-dried. We completely refrain from using any additional ingredients.
This creates a natural specialty with a distinctive, pleasantly nutty flavor.
Natural plant diversity – rich in plant-based protein
Nettle seeds are small, nutrient-dense seeds with an interesting natural composition.
With 22 g of protein per 100 g, our nettle seeds are characterized by their high plant-based protein content.
Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass as well as to the maintenance of normal bones.
In addition, nettle seeds naturally contain plant fats and other characteristic plant components.

Our nettle seeds can be wonderfully integrated into the daily menu:

Black walnuts in acacia honey – a specialty from Southern Serbia
It starts with young, still green walnuts. They are fermented and develop their characteristic dark to black color within about six weeks. The whole fermented walnuts are then combined with acacia honey from Southern Serbia.
This creates an unusual interplay between the strong, tart walnut flavor and the sweetness of the honey. The walnuts remain as whole pieces in the jar.
Serving suggestion: Slice the walnuts thinly and serve with cheese, yogurt, or desserts. The liquid is suitable for refining dishes sparingly.
Ingredients: fermented young green WALNUTS, acacia honey from Southern Serbia.
