Heirloom apricot varieties stand for traditional fruit diversity and characteristic taste properties.

Apricots are known for their natural diversity of carotenoids and polyphenols. Particularly characteristic is beta-carotene, a natural plant pigment that contributes to the golden-orange colour of the fruit.

Various organic fruit acids and other secondary plant compounds are also part of the natural composition of apricots.

Through our careful, artisanal preparation, we aim to preserve the authentic fruit flavour and the special properties of this heirloom apricot variety as much as possible.
