The wild quince is one of the original wild fruits and is characterized by its intense flavor as well as its natural content of valuable phytonutrients. Unlike cultivated varieties, it grows largely undisturbed in nature, which allows it to develop its characteristic aroma.

Sour Cherry Puree – 95% fruit content

With psyllium husks · no added sugar

Our sour cherry trees bear small, particularly aromatic fruits with an intensely fruity, tart flavor. From these, we create our sour cherry puree with 95% fruit content, gently processed and refined exclusively with psyllium husks.

Natural ingredients

Sour cherries naturally contain anthocyanins, polyphenols, and other secondary plant compounds. Furthermore, the fruits contain, among other things, potassium, vitamin C, and various B vitamins. Sour cherries also naturally contain small amounts of melatonin.

The included psyllium husks are naturally rich in fiber and give the puree its pleasantly thick consistency – completely without classic gelling agents.

During production, the puree is heated to a maximum of 60 °C. This creates an authentic fruit product with an intense sour cherry flavor and natural texture.

"Red Pearl" Wild Lingonberry Puree in a 5-Jar Gourmet Pack

Whole wild lingonberries from Southern Serbia, hand-processed.

For our "Red Pearl," we use wild-harvested lingonberries from the Stara Planina mountains. The berries are not pureed, preserving the whole fruit and its fruity, tart flavor in the preserve. Organic psyllium husks provide the perfect consistency.

Fresh wild lingonberries naturally contain polyphenols, including anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins. These phytonutrients are also being researched for their antioxidant properties. Fresh berries also contain vitamin C and potassium. The exact content of these in the finished puree has not been determined for this product.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy on its own, with yogurt, or as a fruity accompaniment to savory dishes.
