The power of nature and the nature spirits in a glass

We are Jelena and Ludwig Bauer. Since 2014, we have been inviting you to discover homemade specialties from Jelena’s home country, Serbia. In every jar, we combine family tradition, craftsmanship, and the authentic taste of the southern Serbian sun.

Our fruits and plants come from wild harvesting, small-scale farmland, and heritage fruit and vegetable varieties. We carefully transform them into wild fruit purées, raw juices, apple cider vinegar, fermented drinks, healing elixirs, and Serbian specialties. We process them as naturally as possible, using only a few, carefully selected ingredients.

Some of our specialties are prepared according to handed-down recipes on an old wood-burning stove. Their aroma and taste evoke memories of childhood, home, and our family kitchens.
