Ajvar Chilli, 215 g – medium-hot
The medium-hot chilli version of Jelena’s roasted pepper spread made from Kurtovka peppers. Perfect as a spread, dip, or side dish for rice and pasta.

Jelena’s Ajvar with Chilli
This Serbian specialty consists of 95% peppers of the traditional Kurtovka variety. Jelena’s parents produce this pepper spread in their family business in Southern Serbia. From sowing to careful processing and filling the jars – every step is carried out with loving, artisanal care.
The fertile loess soil in the southern Morava valley, mindfulness and sustainability in the treatment of the soil and plants, and decades of family tradition are the prerequisites for the thriving of these sun-drenched peppers.
Plant Info: A single plant yields approx. 700 – 800 g of fruit, which are harvested at different times depending on their ripeness. About one-third of each harvest is reserved as seeds for the following year.
Jelena’s Ajvar contains 95% red peppers. Aside from sunflower oil, rock salt, and wild oregano as seasoning, there are no additives whatsoever.
